How this site uses AI
How it was built
This site was built with Claude Code: the scaffolding, the templates, the diagrams (generated as SVG from my project notes), and the compliance script that checks every build before it ships. The stack is a static export: every page is plain HTML that works with JavaScript turned off.
Whose words these are
The prose is mine. Where AI drafted a first pass, I edited it and I stand behind every sentence. The numbers come from one inventory file I maintain; anything I have not supplied yet appears as a visible highlighted placeholder rather than an invented value. The headshot was generated with AI from my own photos, and I approved it.
On disclosure
I disclose AI use because I ask the people I work with to do the same. Disclosure is cheap when the work is good and expensive when it is not, which is exactly the incentive I want. The longer statement of my views is the Journal of Health AI’s AI-use policy.
